Symptom

When you visit your homepage, only one test page of the Apache web server appears.

Cause

You have not uploaded an index.html, index.htm, or index.php, nor allowed the web server to display a directory listing.

Solution

The home page of your web site must be named index.html, index.htm, or index.php so that the web server displays the page when the URL is called without a specific page address. Either rename the incorrectly named file (make sure it's all lowercase, Index.html is something else than index.html), or create a new homepage file.
