Solution
You can cancel informally by e-mail, fax, letter or online termination form as well as a bugtracker ticket. E-mail cancellations can only be accepted if they are sent from the address saved in your billing account or if Bitpalast® can otherwise verify that the cancellation is genuine and was written by you.
After cancellation and upon request, you will receive the Auth-Info-Code for your domain, which you can use to transfer the domain to another provider.
